I’ve never been good at remembering to take my vitamins beyond the first week. But I had no problem remembering to take Sourse’s Delicious Chocolate Vitamins. I finished two packs!
Sourse makes clean, plant-based vitamin-infused chocolates — and they taste great. Why chocolate? According to brand website, chocolate is a prebiotic that supports your microbiome and improves your body’s ability to absorb nutrients. it offers five different chocolate vitamins to improve hair, nails, skin, energy, mood and concentration.
Founded in 2020 by business partners and real-life couple Jenne Moore and Andrew Remlinger, Sarah Hyland joined the Sourse team in 2021 as the brand’s creative director and celebrity co-founder. Since joining, Hyland has redesigned packaging and helped launch its latest products: Beauty Bites and Bites of mood.
Beauty Bites support strong hair and nails with biotin; Mood Bites contains vitamin D3 to support a healthy brain and immune system and saffron to increase serotonin levels and reduce cortisol. According Product Description Mood Bitesthese vitamins could reduce stress and balance your mood in as little as two weeks.
I recently tried the luminescent bites and Bites of hypeas good as Beauty Bites, which promote healthy hair and nails. I love gel manicures but I hate how fragile my nails are when I take them off. Beauty Bites helped keep them strong.
Rich in 100% vegetable collagen and ceramides, the luminescent bites hydrate and plump the skin (it claims to improve skin in two weeks). As someone obsessed with skincare, I love that these vitamins work from within. The key ingredient here is ceramides, which can help skin retain moisture and preserve your natural collagen and elastin, so skin looks smoother and healthier.
The Bites of hype are one of Sourse’s original products and contain vitamin B12 which, according to the packaging, improves energy and helps you stay focused. Essentially, it’s a nootropic that supports brain function, and on days when I don’t feel like working out, it helps me settle in and stay focused.
Of course, you should talk to your doctor before taking any supplement, especially if you regularly take other medications. But if you are clear, all Sourse vitamins are available on the brand’s website and costs $34 for a two-pack. This includes 60 vitamins, which will last about a month if you take the recommended two daily. However, you can get a slight discount with a subscription – subscribe and get your vitamins for $29.90 per month.
If you can’t remember to take your vitamins or are looking for a better way to improve your health, Sourse is a great (and tasty) option.
